YOUR ROLE
Drive and manage strategic steering on regional level, e.g. KSIs to contribute to SBU / market segment financial goals, regional market assessment
Partner with business and collaborate with senior management to drive regional assessment
Validate analysis of regional market size, competitor landscape and segmentation (across segments)
Develop and oversee marketing initiatives to accomplish global SBU financial goals
Leads, coaches and develops global / regional (project) teams; partners with internal and external departments to effectively meet goals
Ensures continuous improvement initiatives globally / regionally to further develop the business
Analyses portfolio of market segments with customer penetration, market potential / share, profitability and competition
Develops and distributes communications content to support engagement strategies and product go-to-market plans
Support customer facing teams (e.g., coordinate input for value selling)
Develops agile go-to-market strategies and plans for selected initiatives
Works with regions to adapt global plans and assets to develop innovative regional programs
Ensure strategic contribution to business cases and models regionally
Provide input for and contribute to sustainability agenda / strategy of SBU
Subsequent transition from Regional Marketing Head NAMX into additionally covering
Global Segment Head Metal Packaging
throughout 2025
Own and drive development and adaptation of dedicated global segment strategy
Facilitate exchange on and provide input for long-term technology development
Provide strategic input based on insights for segment-overarching innovation agenda
YOUR SKILLS

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
7-10 years of relevant work experience
Experience in Metal Packaging or related market segments

The salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
