YOUR ROLE
Develop global Product and Portfolio strategy & roadmap for assigned portfolio in alignment with Industrials (AMI) Strategy
Steer towards a focused, profitable, and sustainable portfolio
Ensure competitive portfolio from technology, application and market segment perspective incl. link to Innovation Strategy/ADP pipeline
Initiate & lead implementation of key strategic initiatives e.g., product localization, transfer with regional Product Managers for assigned portfolio
Oversee supply risk mitigation and product cost management activities
YOUR SKILLS
University degree in Chemistry, Supply Chain or Business Administration
Minimum 5 years of working experience within product management, supply chain and/or project management
Strong business acumen
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Strong influencing and convincing skills
Capable to manage complex projects & lead cross-functional teams
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Strong analytical and strategic skills
The salary for this role is $110,000 - $145,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range may also be modified in the future.
