POSITION SUMMARY

The Retail Data Administrator works along with the Alterra Retail Shared Services team in data management for retail and rental shops at Alterra resorts. Reporting to the Central Data Team Manager, the primary role of the Retail Data Administrator is to support the retail merchant team with retail data processing and general office duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

General ResponsibilitiesData Maintenance:Create, manage, and update product information, pricing, upcs, and other critical retail data.Adhere to SOPs for data processes and protocols.

Data Verification and Validation:Conduct regular audits of retail data to identify and correct errors and inconsistencies.Ensure data integrity by performing regular checks and balances.

Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with various teams to address data-related issues and implement solutions.

Process Improvement:Identify and support implementing process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.

Supervisory Responsibilities: NoneValues Orientation: The right candidate is a detail-oriented and results-driven person. It is essential that the employee support and integrate the values of Alterra and interact effectively with guests and staff.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSDetail & process oriented with a strong analytical ability and organizational skills.Proficiency in data management software and tools.Expert in Excel -ex. VLOOKUP, Concatenate, If and Replace, Trim and Proper functionsAble to work independently, self-motivated with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate strong problem solving skills.Team oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.Is able to handle and manage confidential information.Meticulous attention to detail and procedureSees projects through to the finish. Has good follow-through and makes it a habit of getting back to people on issues.Can handle fast paced, potentially high-pressure environment.Professional/lived experience working in a culturally competent manner with a diverse range of people

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSProven experience in data entry required; experience in retail environment is an asset.

COMPENSATIONThe base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Alterra Mtn Co Shared Services Inc. salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of the Company's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific benefits.

Denver area base salary range: $16.67 to $25.48 per hour.
