With our historic growth, it is an exciting time to join our team of employee-owners.This opportunity entails building and maintaining schedules for projects, monitoring and reporting on status, analyzing schedule and associated changes for key risk areas and milestones impact. Performing routine scheduling assignments requiring knowledge of basic scheduling principles. Generally, working on small projects or may work under guidance to support larger, more complex projects.What You’ll Do:Performs routine scheduling assignments requiring knowledge of basic scheduling principles.Updates schedules with input from more experienced schedulers. Maintains and updates progress on basic schedules.Performs preliminary schedule analysis to include critical activities, risk areas, key milestones, and schedule trends. Develops key focus areas for project manager.Prepares routine reporting from schedules, communicating status.Analyzes contract documents/construction documents (plans and specifications) to translate scope of work, milestones, contract time, and/or construction phasing and sequencing into the schedule.Assists project team in planning the work, including developing Work-Breakdown Structure (WBS), estimating durations, and sequencing the work (hard restraints and soft restraints).Performs other duties as assigned.What You’ll Need:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Business, or in lieu of education, 4 years relevant experience.What We Prefer:College coursework or equivalent technical coursework in design drawings and specifications reading and planning and critical path method (CPM) scheduling fundamentals.The approximate pay range for Washington, DC is $72,687.98 - $109,031.98. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
