One Stop Solution.Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a proactive and experienced on-site Customer Service Representative who has experience within a printing industry, who can become an integral member of the team.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Routinely check for incoming jobs from email, incoming bin, fax machine and over the counter.Accurately code customer tickets in accordance with company prescribed guidelines.Address all client inquiries and concerns in a business-like and timely manner.Explain complexities and scheduling of each job before assigning jobs to operators.Contact clients with questions on incoming jobs regarding specifications, deadlines, and budgets.Double check correctness of information given on incoming correspondence.Log jobs out after they are completed and shipped out.Ensure that front desk is clean and organized at all times.Possess the ability to multi-task without losing focus.Provide front counter assistance to customers as needed.Responsible for answering incoming telephone calls.Maintain proper inventory of supplies.Provide back-up assistance to the production staff as needed.Responsible for other duties as assigned by Manager.QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST have experience working within the Print IndustryExperience working in a call centerInside sales experience preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience with enhancing service offeringsGood knowledge of how to increase revenueExperience with Prepress and offsetSolutions focused - ability to solve problems efficientlyAbility to communicate effectivelyExcellent Customer Service skills and experienceProficiency with MS OfficeGraphics Application skills and experience - InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop preferred
