will focus heavily on the Business Development efforts that will contribute to the growth and success of our client while gaining M&A deal exposure.Corporate Development Associate

will be responsible for:Developing and building relationships with business owners who are potential clientsConduct research on target companies, industries, and marketsConsistently reaching out to business owners to maintain and build a pipeline of potential acquisition targetsPreparing client proposals, transaction marketing materials.Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions, such as financial modeling, valuation, comparable and relative value analysis.Corporate Development Associate

should have the following qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development or Business DevelopmentStrong client facing and business development experienceM&A experience preferredBe able to travel up to 40-60% of the time for business development effortsBachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.If you are interested in the
