to join our Data Strategy Team within Enterprise Architecture. This role focuses on Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance within the enterprise data ecosystem, playing a pivotal part in shaping our data strategy and ensuring robust data governance across the organization.About You: Experience, Education, Skills, and AccomplishmentsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent relevant work experience7+ years of relevant work experienceIt would be great if you also had . .Strategic Vision: Ability to translate long-term business goals into actionable data strategiesLeadership and Experience: Proven experience leading large-scale data initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teamsAnalytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and analytical capabilities.Communication Skills: Strong ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersTechnical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of modern data technologies and architectures, including data lakes, data warehouses, big data platforms, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Snowflake)What will you be doing in this role?Strategic Planning: Collaborate with business and IT leaders to develop and refine the enterprise data strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technological advancements.Master Data Management (MDM) Strategy: Design and oversee a comprehensive MDM strategy to ensure the consistency, accuracy, and scalability of core business data across multiple systems and stakeholders.Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between IT teams and business units to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, fostering strong communication and collaboration.Technology Evaluation: Regularly assess emerging technologies to enhance our data capabilities.Governance and Compliance: Establish and maintain data governance policies and frameworks to protect and maximize the value of the organization’s data assets.About the TeamWe are a team of Enterprise Architects, Business Process Consultants, and Solution Analysts aligned to business and technology functions across the Enterprise within the technology services organization.Your contribution to our team is integral as we collaborate to deliver innovative solutions tailored to meet our ever-evolving business needs.Hours of WorkFull-Time, Permanent Position: Hybrid work model with 2-3 days per week on-site.Location: Must be within commuting distance to one of our US offices: Overland Park, KS; Philadelphia, PA; Ann Arbor, MI.Clarivate is an Equal Opportunity Employer Vets/Minorities/Women/Disabled
