Job Description - Senior Business Analyst - CRM (11007991D20240916)Senior Business Analyst - CRMLocation: US, HartfordThe Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting a product or multiple products within the Middle Markets Delivery Team. Core responsibilities include eliciting and documenting business, functional, non-functional, and technical requirements, supporting quality assurance testing and UAT, and triaging incoming issues, defects, and enhancement requests.Essential Responsibilities

Collect, challenge, facilitate, and document business requirements/features in an agile environment.Validate the overall IT solution to ensure alignment with business requirements, reviewing requirements and/or specifications with the development and test teams.Extensive experience working in an Agile environment including creation and management of user stories.Extensive experience working on Salesforce Service Cloud environment.Strong experience in Insurance CRM platform preferred.Experience working with senior stakeholders reviewing product epics/user stories and obtaining sign-offs in a timely manner.Provide adequate technical and functional support on triage and resolution of any defects/control issues within Middle Markets.Extensive working knowledge on Policy Admin systems supporting Insurance P&C products.Responsible for assisting with project vision through product delivery by maintaining requirements traceability.Perform deliverable reviews and manage measurement of deliverable quality.Work with business users to facilitate user demos, testing, and sign-offs following the standard Agile process.Collaborate with Transformation & Change Delivery process resources to ensure requirements and solutions fit into the process flow.Help identify how requirements can make the process more efficient.Participate in daily scrums with technical teams and work in a Global environment.The Senior Business Analyst reports to the Release Train Engineer – CRM.Required Skills and Abilities

Great and detailed knowledge of Guidewire/Duckcreek policy admin systems.Ability to understand general business requirements and implement corresponding technical solutions.Strong technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis.Strong technical knowledge including ability to create and execute SQL queries in support of incident and problem analysis.Ability to work with data and complex systems.Significant experience in the P&C insurance field.Knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is key.Knowledge of Middle Markets Underwriting process is preferred.Experience with leading and owning financial control processes across systems.Experience with multiple SDLC methodologies, particularly Agile principles.Experience creating business process workflows and supporting product owners with integrated roadmap reviews.Familiarity with Analyst methodologies, e.g., Use Cases; Business Rule Development; User Interface Specs; Functional Specs.Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills (written and verbal), and team-oriented.Detail conscious, technically motivated, creative, and user-oriented.Able to determine and communicate impacts of system functionality and technical approach on performance, scalability, and maintainability.Ability to present information in an influencing manner to leadership and all business stakeholders.Proven planning and organization skills, creating own work schedules, prioritizing workload, preparing in advance, and setting realistic timescales.Adaptable to new strategies, programs, technologies, practices, cultures, etc.Location : US-CT-HartfordJob Field
