The Senior Business Analyst (CRM) is a role within the RCM Technologies Consulting organization. The Senior Business Analyst (CRM) will be responsible for eliciting and documenting requirements for implementation and upgrade projects for CRM applications (and related technologies) for RCM's (Life Sciences, Financial, Government and Education) clients.Lead cross-functional discussions to determine the requirements, capabilities, and limitations to build & manage CRM solutions.Author Requirements Documents, User Stories, and Test Cases.Effectively influence and communicate (written and verbal) complex concepts with partners, 3rd parties, customers, colleagues, and management.Participate in user meetings to gain understanding of processes, current state, and challenges.Work closely with technical resources to ensure solution delivery is built to specifications and delivers value to the end users.Ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness of customer/user communications including training materials, release notes, and any other defined customer communication materials.Provide updates and status reports to the Project Manager around progress and any issues or blockers.Provide advice and guidance on functionality and implementation strategy for Salesforce.Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business/Solution Analyst with 5+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Salesforce/Veeva CRM projects and upgrades.Relevant experience in Salesforce/Veeva CRM that includes writing requirements and acceptance criteria.Experience using different development methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.Ability to structure User Stories into discrete development packages which are sustainably testable and verifiable.Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of CRM solutions.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Experience working in an agile delivery environment. Salesforce/Veeva CRM.Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.The following Qualifications are a plus:
SFDC Administrator and Advanced Administrator CertificationsSFDC Developer and Developer II Certification
Pay Transparency:
For job requisitions posted to certain locations, RCM Technologies is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation/pay rate range. This range is specific to certain locations and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. $110,000.00 to $140,000.00 Yr.
