We are currently looking for a
Quality Assurance Specialist
to be responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with established standards as well as producing technical documentation. The ideal candidate has a BS Degree in a technical or scientific discipline or equivalent experience, as well as 3 years of experience working in the QA field in the software industry. A meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, an in-depth understanding of QA methodologies, and ISO 9001 auditing experience is also required. In addition, the candidate should possess strong writing skills as well as the ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
This role is onsite in our Orlando office.
Key Areas of Responsibility :
Working under general supervision, produces, reviews, and edits technical documents, release notes, tutorials, user manuals, and quality processes and procedures.
Audits corporate and project quality procedures for compliance with standards and quality processes.
Analyses training procedures for projects to determine software requirements and training implementations.
Develops new technical user manuals, tutorials, and release notes for products and services.
Reviews and updates quality management system documents, processes, and templates.
Continuously learns new concepts and becomes recognized as an expert in certain domains.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for a substantial amount of time operating a computer terminal.
Frequently communicates with clients, team members, etc.
