Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion R2R modules, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.Analyze client requirements, design efficient R2R solutions, and deliver high-quality Oracle Fusion implementations.Collaborate with finance teams to ensure financial data integrity, compliance, and reporting accuracy.Provide expertise in integration between Oracle Fusion R2R and other Oracle Cloud modules (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash).Drive system optimization through configuration, troubleshooting, and performance enhancement of Oracle R2R modules.Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth system adoption.Develop custom financial reports using Oracle Financial Reporting Studio and OTBI.Stay updated with Oracle Fusion Cloud releases and best practices to offer innovative solutions.Key Requirements:5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud with a focus on Record-to-Report (R2R) modules.Strong experience in implementing Oracle Fusion General Ledger, Asset Management, and Financial Reporting solutions.Knowledge of ERP finance processes and best practices in R2R.Ability to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement tailored solutions.Hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Reporting Studio and OTBI.Excellent communication skills to work effectively with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.Oracle Fusion certifications or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
