If you're ready to embark on a unique journey with us, where your skills will directly impact our growth and contribute to our vision of shaping the future of our tech talent and technology offerings through innovation, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibility will be to develop innovative recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent and align seamlessly with our organizational goals.You'll assist in building, strengthening, and expanding our key businesses by ensuring that our talent needs are met and exceeded.You will craft forward-thinking recruitment strategies that magnetize top-notch tech talent and harmonize with our organizational objectives.Your leadership will be instrumental across various teams, guiding them in implementing advanced staffing initiatives.You will shape hiring decisions across the organization by delivering training and applying your expertise in behavioral-based interviewing.You will engage with IT and industry leaders to stay abreast of the rapidly evolving tech landscape.We value a track record of achieving team and individual goals in an environment that thrives on execution excellence.To better serve our clients and maximize collaboration, you'll need to come to our office in West Point, PA or Rahway, NJ a minimum of 3 times per week.QualificationsEducation & Experience Requirements:Requires a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate.Minimum 6 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or relevant applicable experience.Experience with direct sourcing strategy and execution.In-depth knowledge of recruitment databases and best practices.Ability to navigate fast-paced, high-volume environments.Preferred Experience:Experience recruiting high caliber and highly skilled IT talent.Experience with recruitment marketing strategy & execution.Demonstrated ability to understand the industry and analyze external market trends to impact a robust recruitment strategy.Workday experience.US and Puerto Rico Residents Only:Our company is committed to inclusion, ensuring that candidates can engage in a hiring process that exhibits their true capabilities. $101,100.00 - $159,100.00Available benefits include:
