For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in the United States or Canada.About the OpportunityThe Data Conversion Consultant (DCC) actively participates in conjunction with the customer and implementation team to convert a customer's data from a 3rd party vendor to Dayforce HCM spec. The DCC will follow established process (KO, receive data, field and data map, validate, test, and deliver) for each iteration of the project. The DCC will work consultatively throughout the project and follow all established practices to ensure customer data is handled securely.DCCs will provide regular project updates, identify risks, and communicate issues to the Project Manager and Data Conversion Manager. The DCC will follow established SLA and timelines.What you'll get to doProvide Implementation Services to Customers:Mapping Source data to Dayforce HCM file spec with the customer and Implementation TeamBuild required conversion files, validate, test load, balance and deliver to SLAAttend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverablesProvide customers with follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertiseBe a “go-to” resource for data conversion for both internal and external usersContribute to internal Implementation initiatives:Document solutions and contribute to a solutions repositoryDocument best practices and share with the PracticeParticipate in a subject matter expert (SME) program by mastering at least one Dayforce HCM spec (HR Import, Elections, Pay Run History, Garnishments, Benefits)Focus on Continuing Education:Contribute to internal knowledge share; review questions and provide feedback on a continuous basisParticipate in Continuing Education sessionsComplete new release training on a timely basis; be fully versed on new and/or enhanced functionality in each product releaseSkills and Experience we valueMust be fluent (written and verbal) in English and SpanishBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in Data ConversionExperience in business process mappingExperienced with software in a SaaS / Cloud computing environment including experience with HRISSolid understanding of relational databases, application development and SQLWhat would make you stand out5+ years in consultant role with Dayforce HCMProficient in Microsoft Office productsUnderstanding knowledge of common human capital management (HCM) business practicesExcellent customer relationship acumenAbility to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage competing prioritiesExcellent organization, communication and collaboration skillsAbility to lead and facilitate customer and internal data conversion sessionsWhat’s in it for youDayforce is fueled by the diversity of our talented employees.
