For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in the United StatesAbout the opportunityAs the Director, HR Business Partner Services, you will be a critical link between the Services organization and the HR function, ensuring that HR strategies and initiatives are aligned with the operational objectives. You will work closely with leaders and teams to drive talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement efforts that support operational effectiveness and growth.As a trusted Advisor, you will establish close relationships built on trust; act as the sounding board, have open and direct conversations, challenge ideas and provide opinions to influence business decisions. You will be an advocate for employees, working closely with leaders in identifying the impact of their decisions could have on their people.What you'll get to doPartner with Services leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support operational objectives, including productivity, employee engagement and customer satisfaction.Strong understanding of how the Services function impacts customer satisfaction and client retention. Partnering with Services leaders through the wing-to-wing process from strategic planning to execution.Serve as a trusted advisor to Services leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and consultation on talent management, employee development, organizational design, and employee relations.Collaborate with Services leadership to identify talent needs. Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Identify opportunities for internal talent mobility.Lead initiatives to assess and enhance the effectiveness of the Services organization, including performance management and compensation. Working in partnership with our employee relations and compensation teams.Analyze operational data and HR data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations to drive productivity and performance.Enhance the HR processes and practices by analyzing HR metrics and data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations.Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork between the business and HR, facilitating effective communication and partnership across departments.Working with Talent Management, collaborate on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment to support the successful implementation of Dayforce’s strategic imperatives.Partner with the Total Rewards team in driving compensation and benefits strategies and proactively identify challenges and opportunities within the sales organization.Lead a HRBP teamLead high impact projects with on-time delivery, measurable outcomes and impact, and robust communication/change management; drive HR events such as annual review, compensation, and policy related implementations.Collaborate closely with other regional HRBP business partners to exchange best practices and ensure we are consistently delivering best-in-class service to our clients.Skills and Experience we value12+ years of total HR experience; minimum 7 years of prior HR Business Partner experience. Preferably in an implementation of consulting environment and demonstrated progressed HRBP roles.HR Management: Strong understanding and experience with core aspects of HR functions - staffing; employee & labor relations; performance management; leadership development; training.Strategic Thinking: demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items.Business acumen: Good business sense and judgement reflected in key decisions made within the business and HR function.Problem solving: Well-honed analytical and problem-solving skills. Creative, risk-taking and results oriented mindset.Influencing: Communicates with impact. Uses tailored communication and creates authentic and trusting relationships to influence clients, especially related to organizational planning & design. Proven ability to influence decision making; courage to make tough decisions and deliver difficult messages with professional and poise. Comfortable working in ambiguous business situations; highly adaptable to a fluid and ever-changing work environment.Consulting: Strong coaching, consulting, and facilitation skills. Must possess consultative style and approach with proven ability to develop credible relationships.Leadership: Demonstrated ability to accomplish work through others, including leading project teams. Demonstrated experience in initiating and leading change, including modeling the importance, motivating others, managing the key drivers of change, and overcoming obstacles.
