For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in Germany or the UK.Must be fluent in both German and English.About the opportunityThe WFM Implementation Services Consultant participates in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support), under the direction of the Project Manager, and may lead one or more activities. Project responsibilities include; gathering customer requirements, configuring the Dayforce solution to meet documented customer requirements, setting and managing customer expectations, providing guidance to Associate Consultants, identifying risks and communicating issues to the Project Manager. The Consultant may also deliver Organizational Readiness consulting in support of Dayforce’s Organizational Readiness toolkit.What you’ll get to doProvide Implementation Services to CustomersDocument and validate customer’s business requirements and map to Dayforce functionalityConfigure Dayforce application to meet customer’s documented business requirementsConduct consulting sessions (on the phone and in-person) and document with meeting minutesAttend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverablesProvide customers with follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertiseBe a “go-to” resource for specific functional areas for both internal and external usersWork with customers to implement Dayforce Organizational Readiness best practices in preparation for rollout of the Dayforce solutionContribute to internal Implementation initiativesDocument solutions and contribute to a solutions repositoryDocument best practices and share with the PracticeFocus on Continuing Education

Contribute to internal knowledge share; review posted feedback on a continuous basis and respond to questionsParticipate in Continuing Education sessionsComplete new release training on a timely basis; be fully versed on new and/or enhanced functionality in each product releaseSkills and experience we value

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in HCM / Workforce Management (WFM) application consultingExperience in business process mappingExperience in change management an assetMust be fluent in German and EnglishTechnical Skills Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office productsExperience with software in a SaaS / Cloud computing environment including experience with HRIS SystemsBasic understanding of relational databases and SQL an assetExperience with one or more of the following applications: SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, RedPrairie/JDA, Ultimate, Oracle HR/Payroll, PeopleSoft, Dayforce (preferred)Ability to effectively implement an HRIS module or similar end-to-end solutionUnderstanding of common human capital management (HCM) business practicesUnderstanding of different industries and how Dayforce implementation best practices apply to the customer’s business practicesFunctional Skills Requirements
