Responsible for selection, development, and retention of talented food and beverage staffEnsure financial targets are being met and appropriate accounting procedures are followedOversee food and beverage operation, providing excellent guest serviceReview guest and member requests and concerns to determine a plan of actionCreate and execute short and long term operational and financial plans for the food and beverage department to improve quality and financial resultsCommunicate and collaborate effectively between all departmentsEnsure compliance with national programs such as Core Beverage Program, Menu Program, Approved Product List, Beverage Cartender programBring your own:
