Supply Chain Manager

at our Longmont, Colorado facility with prior experience in a manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll collaborate with multiple departments, such as Operations, R&D, and Finance, for tactical purchasing of materials, so teamwork skills are important. You should also have experience in supply chain management with great leadership and communication ability.Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:Create the company's supply chain strategyAnalyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issuesEvaluate and report on KPIsMonitor logistics to make sure they run smoothlyMaintain supply chain inventory and recordsTrain and guide employeesFind cost-effective solutions for supply chain processesResolve issues that come up (e.g., delays in delivery)Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growthImplement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g., forklifts)Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standardsCommunicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable dealsDemand Management:Participation in weekly and monthly Sales and Operations Planning sessionsManaging and correcting forecasting consumption errorsProduction order management according to fulfillment model strategies, operational capacity/flexibility, and raw material availability to achieve stretched targets on OTD, DOI, ProductivityWork with operations to continuously improve lead time capabilitiesResponsible for establishing and managing implementation dates of required engineering design changesCommunicate implementation schedules and changes with all impacted organizational partiesMinimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field4+ years related experience as a Supply Chain Manager5+ years of experience with SAPGood communication skills (oral and written)Proficient in Microsoft ExcelProven problem-solving skills and excellent customer service skillsTeam player - building positive working relationshipsEmployee Benefits

Compensation Data - HIRING SALARY RANGE: $120,000-$140,000/year. Base salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
