We are seeking a

Supply Chain Manager

at our Longmont, Colorado facility with prior experience in a manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll collaborate with multiple departments, such as Operations, R&D, and Finance, for tactical purchasing of materials, so teamwork skills are important. You should also have experience in supply chain management with great leadership and communication ability.

Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Create the company's supply chain strategy

Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues

Evaluate and report on KPIs

Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly

Maintain supply chain inventory and records

Train and guide employees

Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes

Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery)

Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth

Implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g. forklifts)

Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards

Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals

Demand Management:

Participation in weekly and monthly Sales and Operations Planning sessions

Managing and correcting forecasting consumption errors

Production order management according to fulfillment model strategies, operational capacity/flexibility, and raw material availability to achieve stretched targets on OTD, DOI, Productivity

Work with operations to continuously improve lead time capabilities

Engineering Change Management

Responsible for establishing and managing implementation dates of required engineering design changes

Communicate implementation schedules and changes with all impacted organizational parties

External & Internal Project Transition Management

Responsible for the PMR elements impacting Supply Chain

Inventory Management

Manage all PFEP activities for defined fulfillment models for SEM & FG materials

Manage that SAP Parameters are defined to support the TROC Inventory Targets

Managing the flow of materials to ensure compliance with TROC Inventory Levels

Background & Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field

4+ years related experience as a Supply Chain Manager

5+ years of experience with SAP

Good Communication Skills (Oral and Written)

Strong decision-making skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Proven problem-solving skills and excellent customer service skills

Team player building positive working relationships

Employee BenefitsCompensation Data - HIRING SALARY RANGE: $120,000-$140,000/year. Base salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
