Overview:Join our dynamic team at Tempo by Hilton Downtown Nashville as a Food and Beverage Manager! As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the restaurant and bar operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery while maintaining high standards and maximizing profitability.

Duties:

Supervise, guide, and direct restaurant and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.

Assist in training employees on food, beverage, and customer service standards.

Provide feedback and coaching to enhance employee performance.

Manage restaurant Human Resources functions such as recruiting, training, and scheduling.

Monitor food and beverage orders, ensuring quality and proper inventory rotation.

Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu performance and guest feedback.

Engage guests to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with safety regulations.

Implement recognition programs to celebrate employee contributions.

Continuously improve department performance through innovative ideas.

Skills:

Previous experience in food and beverage management or a related field.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry.

Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with employees and guests.

Proficiency in basic computer applications such as spreadsheets and email.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
