Continental Finance Company specializes in credit card options for those consumers with less than perfect credit. We are seeking a Project Manager to support our Operations team.

The Project Manager will oversee business projects and ensure completion within timeframes. This individual will manage the planning and administration of multiple projects from concept to completion.

CFC offers a hybrid work schedule which includes three (3) core days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and two (2) remote workdays (Monday and Friday).

Essential Functions

Responsible for all stages and initiatives in handling multiple projects from origination to project planning and implementation.

Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.

Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.

Monitors the project plan obligations regarding specifications, quality, costs, and timeframes as projects progress.

Assists with the coordination of resources to ensure effective project execution.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Formulate reports concerning such areas as work progress, costs, and scheduling.

Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with business projects.

Credit card experience is highly valued.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong ability to multi-task and adapt to changing demands.

Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Knowledge of business management principles, practices, and procedures.

Experience managing timelines and budgets.

Ability to communicate effectively across various departments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
