Senior Manager, QC’s
primary role is directly responsible for overseeing all chemistry activities including analytical testing, data analysis, document writing, and data reporting, to support all routine testing of drug product and drug substance.
This is a full-time, salaried position and is 100% site-based. The schedule is Monday - Friday 1st shift.Catalent Biologics in Bloomington, Indiana is a state-of-the-art, GMP manufacturing facility, providing one million sq/ft of drug substance manufacturing, drug product manufacturing, and related pharmaceutical services. This award-winning facility helps customers accelerate biologic drug development programs and bring better treatments to help patients live better, healthier lives.The Role
Responsible for daily operations to maintain Quality standards and project timelines, including execution of analytical testing, drug product testing, and drug substance testing, coordination with stakeholders and communication with leadership.Responsible for leading a team of 6-8 people.Responsible for collaboration with internal and external Catalent stakeholders and external clients to complete analytical testing and qualification work, maintain effective and efficient processes, and ensure appropriate test directives are established and followed.Responsible for analytical method expertise within the department.Responsible for revenue reporting and billing.Other duties as assigned.The Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences required.Minimum of 2 years laboratory experience.10 years GMP experience or other regulated industry.5-8 years of management experience.Biologics-specific experience highly preferred.Background in analytical chemistry highly preferred.Must be able to read and understand English-written job instructions and safety requirements.Why you should join Catalent
