As we continue to grow, we are looking for only the best in the industry.The work of a Cargo Operation Manager includes but is not limited to managing, directing, coordinating, and controlling through subordinate personnel all aspects of a cargo operation, providing performance reports to the Cargo General Manager as required.The Cargo Operations Manager ensures that Service Levels Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met, analyzes operations to establish efficient processes, ensures compliance with all governmental requirements, assists with monthly billing procedures ensuring that budgets and adequate resources are maintained, participates in the training, mentoring, coaching, counseling, discipline, hiring, and termination of subordinates; meets and maintains communication with customers, provides monthly reports, and any additional tasks as appointed by the General Manager.Knowledge, Skill and Abilities

Well-versed computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and government regulations.Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.Cognitive skills to set priorities and use independent judgment.Must be able to handle stress in a fast-paced environment and ensure deadlines are met.Education and Experience

Two to four years of experience in Airport Operations Management equivalency.Valid US driver’s license.Successful completion of required airport badging process.Schedule of Hours:
