Responsibilities:
Right-Hand Bud:
Assist in overseeing daily dispensary operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Guidance Guru:
Share your herb knowledge and mentor our team of budtenders.
Customer Connection:
Interact with customers, offering guidance and product recommendations.
Inventory Insights:
Manage stock levels and ensure we have the finest cannabis products available.
Quality Control:
Maintain high standards of quality and compliance with local regulations.
Customer Love:
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues calmly.
Legal Lingo:
Stay informed on local and state cannabis laws and regulations.
Budtender Training:
Assist in conducting training sessions for budtenders.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old.
Previous experience as a budtender is essential.
A deep love for cannabis and its culture.
Leadership skills and a willingness to help fellow team members grow.
Knowledge of local cannabis laws and regulations is a must.
Excellent communication skills.
