Shift Lead/Team Lead , you will be the face of our dispensary, assisting customers with their cannabis product selections, providing valuable information to ensure a positive and safe experience, and assisting your budtender with the everyday need for the sales floor.

Job Description:
As a Shift Lead/Team Lead at
Kusty , you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dispensary while leading a team of dedicated budtenders. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and educational atmosphere for both our staff and customers. If you are a passionate and experienced cannabis professional with excellent leadership skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of budtenders, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks.
Ensure compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations.
Assist in inventory management and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.
Educate and inform customers about cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective sales and customer service strategies.
Assist in training new team members and conducting regular performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Previous experience in the cannabis industry is a plus.
Proven leadership experience in a retail or customer service setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of cannabis products and their effects.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Must be at least 21 years of age and pass a background check.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
