U Baron Group is a growing multi-million dollar family-owned enterprise diversified in the food manufacturing and retailing industry. We own an Artisan Bakery in Louisville, a storefront Artisan Bakery in the Denver Central Market, a Catering and food production facility in Denver, and a restaurant group with several locations in the Denver metro area.

Etai's Catering is seeking an experienced and professional Quality Assurance Technician. The QA Technician records and files all documentation related to production, product packaging, quality, and safety. This position is responsible for maintaining the QA system. Schedule is Monday through Thursday 3:30am to 12pm and Saturday; days off are Friday and Sunday.

Essential Responsibilities

Ensure products are made in accordance with specifications as identified by spec documents.Conduct line audits to verify correct packaging, labeling, codes, unit weights, and processing parameters.Identify non-conforming product, handle appropriately, and implement corrective actions.Maintain and enhance our food safety program, recall program, and allergen program.New hire orientation training and facility safety tour; lead/conduct monthly training for all employees.

Requirements

A minimum of 1 year of Quality Assurance experience in a food and/or beverage manufacturing environment is preferred.Must have strong mathematical skills, excellent problem-solving, and communication skills.HACCP training is a plus.
