Responsibilities:

Greet visitors, vendors, and suppliers as needed.

Stock office with supplies, snacks, and beverages to ensure a pleasant working environment for all employees.

Maintain company organizational charts.

Maintain employee security badges.

Lead the onsite activities team with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and be a culture champion.

Oversee business card ordering.

Be the primary point of contact for on-site meetings, including coordinating meeting locations and catering.

Support office administrative tasks such as expense reports for department heads and office supply purchasing.

Request POs in Coupa purchasing software platform.

Demonstrate and promote the company vision.

Regular attendance and punctuality.

Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Provide cross-functional support to other departments as required.

Adhere to site environmental health and safety (EHS) requirements.

Qualifications:Basic Minimum Qualifications:

2-5 years of office administration experience handling administrative, accounting, and office management-related tasks.

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.

Authorization to work in the US for any employer, indefinitely, without sponsorship.

Successful applicants will be required to confirm positive COVID-19 vaccination status or demonstrate eligibility for medical or religious exemptions prior to commencing employment.

The Ideal Candidate would possess:

Strong organizational skills and the ability to shift priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Additional InformationThis role pays in the range of $65,000.00-$75,000.00 ($31.25-$36.05 per hour).

The schedule is M-F 8a-5p.
