Position Overview:

The

Purchasing Manager

ensures that our restaurants are fully stocked with the best-quality materials, supplies, and equipment at the most economical prices. You'll be responsible for building strong vendor relationships, negotiating favorable terms, and maintaining adequate inventory levels to keep our restaurants running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Oversee procurement strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.

Develop and implement purchasing policies that align with company objectives.

Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages and manage emergency supply needs.

Analyze costs, negotiate pricing, and manage vendor contracts.

Work closely with the executive team to align purchasing with operational goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve cost efficiencies and mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in purchasing and supply chain management.

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

Experience in restaurant or food service procurement is preferred.

Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong problem-solving skills and a forward-thinking mindset.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations and adapt to changing priorities.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with exposure to heat, noise, and kitchen equipment.
