Ready to be a Titan?As the Sales Development Manager (SDM), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing ServiceTitan’s Inbound Sales strategy. You will join a rapidly growing team and will be involved in helping recruit, onboard, and train numerous new hires for success. Your primary focus will be on the inbound Marketing Development Rep (MDR) team. Inbound Calls, Inbound Emails, Direct Mail, White Pages, Webinar Follow up, whatever it takes to help us find and help as many service contractors as we can. This role is incredibly important to the entire company, and you will be working hand-in-hand with leadership to build out the best MDR team in the country.What You'll Do:

Manage the MDRs on objectives and performance achievementMonitor lead processes, metrics, and catalyze pipeline creationShape and implement MDR strategy and processesStay abreast of and coach MDRs on best practicesServe as a mentor for your team and be a steward of the ServiceTitan organizationReport to Sr. Management on operational and financial KPIsMotivate, incentivize, and recognize team members to encourage top performanceRecruit, interview, and onboard new Team MembersConduct weekly 1X1s with each MDRHelp evaluate new technologies and programs to drive superior performanceWhat You'll Bring:

Direct experience as SDR/BDR and applicable team lead or team management experienceStrong preference for 2+ years SDR management experienceOutbound specific cold-calling experience, not just handling inbound leadsTrack-record of success managing a high performing inside sales teamStrong understanding of outbound pipeline generation processesEnthusiastic and vibrant attitudeExpert communication and presentation skillsStrong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligenceAnalytical mindset comfortable generating reports and identifying trends in dataAdept at adopting and rolling out new sales enablement technologies, proficiency with Salesforce.com a mustExperience with Salesloft and associated tech stack solutions strongly preferredWhat We Offer:

We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $88,000 - $100,000 + commissions. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
