Working on a hybrid schedule, both remotely and out of our New York City location, Trainees will learn all aspects of the insurance industry by working directly with our Senior Commercial Property & Casualty Account Executives. The responsibilities of an Account Executive range from oversight of relationships with clients and underwriters, to preparation of documentation and proposals, marketing, and account management.In addition to on-the-job training, over an 18-month period, Trainees will participate in over 200 hours of classroom and virtual training (including pre-licensing education for Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses).Please apply to join us if you meet the following requirements:Qualified candidates will be highly motivated to work in the insurance field.At least 2-years military and/or business experience.Exceptional technical and communication skills.College level classes or degree preferred.Prior Insurance internship required.This unique program will enable participants to learn all aspects of insurance, with an opportunity for professional growth, complemented by an excellent compensation package, including 401(k) and tuition reimbursement.HUB International is an Equal Opportunity Employer.The expected pay for this position is $34.35 an hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience, and work location.
