Hub International Northeast Limited is seeking an Associate Account Executive for our Private Client Team. This position is located in our Summit, NJ office.
As an Associate Account Executive, you will assist account executives in processing daily account activity and provide technical support in accordance with company operating procedures.
Functions and Responsibilities Include:
Support a team of Private Client Account Executives.Maintain account EPIC files in accordance with internal Quality Control guidelines.Check policy coverages and endorsements on new business and renewals for accuracy and relevance.Complete proposals, policy summaries, and reviews.Assist with remarkets, Summaries of Insurance, and claims as necessary.Process endorsements and placement requests.Review policies for accuracy and adequacy of coverage, including rating calculations.Handle or refer insureds and underwriters' questions.Perform other specific duties as directed by the Team Manager.Pursue a program of professional development.
