Hub International Northeast Limited is seeking an Associate Account Executive for our Private Client Team. This position is located in our Summit, NJ office.
As an Associate Account Executive, you will assist account executives in processing daily account activity and provide technical support in accordance with company operating procedures.
Functions And Responsibilities Include:
Support a team of Private Client Account Executives.Maintain account EPIC files in accordance with internal Quality Control guidelines.Check policy coverages and endorsements on new business and renewals for accuracy and relevance.Complete proposals, policy summaries, and reviews.Assist with remarkets, Summaries of Insurance, and claims as necessary.Process endorsements and placement requests.Review policies for accuracy and adequacy of coverage, including rating calculations.Handle or refer insureds and underwriter’s questions.Perform other specific duties as directed by the Team Manager.Pursue a program of professional development.

1-3 years of related experience with brokers or carriers.4 year college degree or equivalent work experience.A valid P&C License.Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline-driven environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Required Travel: Negligible
Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
