As a result, we have a full-time position available for a senior civil/environmental project manager. Our project managers lead projects and serve as engineer of record and/or technical lead on municipal civil/water resources, stormwater and water/wastewater projects.Responsibilities include managing:Watershed masterplansFlood alleviation improvementsWater quality/treatment improvementsStormwater pump stationsSite civilWater/wastewater pipelinesWater/wastewater pump stationsMinor transportation improvementsOther similar type projectsAdditional responsibilities include:Assisting municipal clients with identifying, pursuing and administering grants and other fundingAssisting clients with bidding of construction projectsAssisting the business development team in pursuing client and project opportunitiesMentoring staffAssisting leadership in identifying and pursuing new technology and other innovationsTravel will be required.Minimum Requirements:The successful candidate must have:Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in civil, environmental, or related engineering from an accredited school or college
and
at least ten years of relevant work experience; OR if no degree, at least fourteen years of relevant work experience.Preferred Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following:Florida PE licenseProficiency with stormwater/water resources designProficiency with potable/reclaimed/wastewater distribution/collection designProficiency with minor transportation designBusiness development experienceCivil/Water Resources construction experienceThe ideal candidate will also be a Certified Flood Manager and/or Envision Sustainability Professional.If you have strong communication and organizational skills, are self-motivated, and can work well both independently and as part of a team, complete the online application process for this job posting at
