In Pulaski, our specialists focus on imaging, digital printing, and release papers. In addition to sales and distribution for North America, the more than 100 employees take care of converting and packaging for the domestic market.

Responsibilities:

Assist in collecting and analyzing supply chain data to help identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

Support inventory management efforts by monitoring stock levels, forecasting demand, and ensuring timely replenishment of raw materials and finished products.

Utilize SAP and Celonis to track orders, shipments, and inventory levels, ensuring data accuracy.

Collaborate with internal teams such as production, procurement, and logistics to support day-to-day operations.

Assist in preparing reports on supply chain performance, including cost analysis, supplier performance, and demand forecasting.

Participate in special projects focused on improving supply chain efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring sustainability.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities, inventory levels, and logistics data.

Back-up Supply Chain (Purchasing and Planning) related roles when needed.

Provide administrative support for the VP of Supply Chain.

Perform other tasks as directed by the VP of Supply Chain.

Requirements:

Excellent written and oral communication as well as listening skills.

Energetic, self-motivating, and persistent.

Someone who takes initiative and is not afraid to ask questions.

Willing to learn, retain, and apply new information towards success.

Ability to interface and engage with all disciplines of the organization to get things accomplished.

Creative thinking and problem-solving; strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to operate with a high degree of independence within agreed policies, targets, and budgets.

Understanding of ERP and MRP systems; SAP is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

GED or HS diploma required; BS in Supply Chain Management, or other related degree strongly preferred.

Salary/Hourly starting at $58,500
