We are seeking a Project Manager to support the US Army Medical Materiel Agency’s (USAMMA) mission to develop, manage and perform end to end life cycle logistics on medical equipment to protect and sustain the Warfighter’s and their families for the Nation.Candidates must have a current minimum Public Trust clearanceResponsibilities

Build and develop a detailed Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS ProjectProvide solutions and white papers to technology and project management in biotechnology, medical operations, DoD tactical networks, and aviationPropose and defend products to CDID through advanced development, production, and fielding meetings and discussionsProvide written technical opinions to guide the decision-making process of the IPT, lead project teams, and participate in the evaluation of technical results in multiple developmental areas, developing strategies to move the program forwardCollaborate with both internal and external partners, contributing to data analyses to create and submit study results to publications or the FDAPrepare documentation to include but not limited to market research, acquisition strategy, independent government cost estimate, performance work statement, purchase request, justification & approval on RDT&E ContractsAssess cost, schedule, and performance risks and develop mitigation strategies with knowledge of DoD 5000.02 Acquisition Process, CJCSI 3170.01 JCIDS System, Financial Management Regulation, and the Federal Acquisition RegulationProvide technical input, build slides, and draft documents to support acquisition presentations and documentation in support of major milestones, program reviews, or other program presentationsDevelop drafts and assist the project team to coordinate responsibilities, oversee quality management, and encourage timeliness of completion of protocols, other regulatory submissions, and technical and acquisition reportsPrepare documentation/presentations to summarize technical results, to include displaying results in “Layman’s” terms, formulating conclusions, and developing technical strategies in response to the data outcomes such as an After Action ReviewQualifications

Education and Experience RequiredPublic Trust Clearance: Desired: SecretBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physics, Life Sciences or related discipline; Master's Degree in Engineering, Physics, Life Sciences or related discipline preferredMinimum of eight (8) years general experience and six (6) years relevant experienceDoD Acquisition experience using DOD 5000.02 processes and requirementsExperience using Microsoft Project to develop and maintain resource loaded project schedulesFamiliarity with work breakdown structures for task-oriented RDT&E programsExperience leading IPTs and other stakeholder engagements including technical discussionsExperience preparing and delivering documents ranging from technical reviews to acquisition documentationDesired: experience with medical product development, test and evaluation, and regulatory approval processesDesired Certifications: PMP, DAU Level II or higherAdditional Information
