Possession Planner
within the Major Structure Rail Assets team.Role Purpose & Experience Required:Maintenance of working programmeUnderstanding and advising on Rail Possessions in construction programmeMonitor progress against plan and review with Planning leadImplement the planning responsibilities documentCapture and integrate current and forecast programme, budget, cost, and risk at asset and sub-asset levelSome experience of planning & project control services within large complex environments within the construction and engineering industryAn understanding of methods of project controls, planning, and performance reportingAn understanding of the construction market, methods of construction, plant, equipment, and labour requirementsExperience with planning and working on railway projects (Network Rail)Please note candidates will need to have a current valid right to work in the UK to be considered for this role.Benefits of Working with Us:Car/ car allowanceTravel allowance for eligible candidatesFamily-friendly leave policiesExcellent pension contributionsHealthcareHealth risk assessmentsAccess to employee assistance programmesAbout Balfour Beatty VINCI:Balfour Beatty VINCI is a long-established joint venture between two powerhouses for the delivery of critical infrastructure across rail, transport, and other iconic projects in the UK and beyond. Our work with HS2 Balfour Beatty VINCI has been awarded a 90km section of the HS2 project from Long Itchington in Warwickshire to the centre of Birmingham and then on to Handsacre in Staffordshire.
