We have a commitment to understand, define, and deliver what our guests want and represent our company by being professional and courteous to all.ResponsibilitiesHelps oversee all daily Cask Club operations.Adheres to all Washington State Health and LCB regulations and guidelines.Maintains an excellent knowledge of Heritage spirits and Cask Club processes.Assists managers with training and coaching of team members on basic Cask Club knowledge.Assists FOH Manager in setting Cask Club monthly goals, new member acquisition and retention strategies, and optimal fill windows based on spirits/additives on hand, staffing levels and likely bottling time.Produces Cask Bottling Orders to member’s specifications.Handles Cask Fills as requested, including proper preparation of cask, gathering of additives/ flavorings, dump and blend of spirit, and post-fill notations on the barrel and Cask Fill Log.Maintains member records in Distillery Manager program for current and historical information on cask fills, bottling, approved tasters and renewal status.Schedules member tasting appointments for aging progress, to add new elements to the aging spirit, determine when bottling should occur, and discuss options for next cask fill.Contacts members after bottling or cask fill to confirm completion and schedule pick up.Participates in the creation of new cask fill recipes, routinely updates the Cask Fill Recipe Binder.Evaluates reports to minimize empty barrel timeframes, identify casks that have reached peak aging window for bottling, the need to force a barrel’s bottling if member is non-responsive.Provides Cask Club member support daily and resolves customer service issues in a timely manner.Assists Manager with cut offs of patrons as needed.Work nights, weekends and holidays as required.Performs other duties as assigned.QualificationsExceptional guest service skills required.Exceptional spirits knowledge required, focusing on whiskey and the distilling process.Seven to ten years’ experience in the Hospitality/Food & Beverage industry or equivalent combinations of training and experience desired.Must be customer service oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently.Ability to work in a challenging environment dealing with sensitive issues and maintain confidentially with strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving, organizational, and time management skills.Ability to maintain professional, courteous, and effective working relationships with all levels of the organization and outside business contacts.Proven intermediate skills in Windows, MS Office Programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and experience with database systems. Ability to prepare reports, correspondence, charts, forms and other information and instructions.Must be able to occasionally lift and move heavy items on a regular basis.Prior cash handling experience is desired.Certificates, Licenses, RegulationsMust be able to obtain and maintain a Class A gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Washington State Health Card (Food Worker Card).Must be able to obtain and maintain a Washington State Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) Class 12 Mixologist Permit.

Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentConstantly requires the ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication. The position requires exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Requires repetitive movement daily with sedentary work, occasional bending and crouching. There are no adverse conditions, but employee is exposed to tobacco smoke on a regular basis. This is a 24 hour, 7 days a week work operation.
