We invite you to join team TravisMathew.Job Description SummaryThe Assistant Account Manager, National Accounts is responsible for driving sales among the assigned account base. This position (in partnership with the Account Manager) will facilitate the planning, execution, and follow-up of seasonal meetings in addition to preparing and analyzing a variety of different departmental reports.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManage all aspects of assigned account(s) including day-to-day communication, weekly performance reporting, assortment planning, meeting preparation, execution, follow-up, and overall growth strategy.Facilitate (in partnership with Account Manager) seasonal appointment planning, preparation, execution, and follow-up.Audit order files to ensure accuracy.Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly selling reports with actionable insights.Analyze and report product sell-through and inventory metrics, and partner with Account Manager(s) to suggest re-orders and identify sales opportunities.Identify opportunities and challenges within assigned account(s) and partner with Account Manager to create/implement strategies to maximize margin, sell-through, market share, and optimize sales opportunities.Manage and process samples required for applicable account(s).Partner with Sales Operations Team to ensure the fulfillment and on-time delivery of applicable orders.Partner with Product Knowledge Team to identify store-level needs and drive product sales.Partner with Marketing Team to coordinate copy and photo asset requirements for applicable account(s).Serve as a product/service expert and learn new product lines, fabrications, and features.Serve as an account expert and remain up to date on product trends, store trends, regional trends, and growth opportunities.TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)Strong presentation, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Prospecting, negotiating, and closing sales transactions.Analyzing and presenting data.Managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.Ability to travel.MS Office applications, emphasis in Excel.Experience with SAP or relevant ERP.Experience with Elastic or relevant B2B.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor’s Degree, preferred.3 years of relevant sales, customer service, or operations experience.Apparel experience, preferred.If your experience is close to what we're looking for, please consider applying!
