Job Summary: This position is responsible for managing and leading a team of Account Managers for national key accounts. The position requires the ability to forecast, set sales and profit goals, and to drive product initiatives for key accounts. This position requires interfacing between Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance departments to ensure maximum product fulfillment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee operations and duties of Key Account Managers for all distribution channelsParticipate in pre-line and final meetings with product group and relay product needs for the channelInterface with product managers regarding sales, product issues and opportunities for accounts in the channelPerformance reviews for Key Account ManagersManage cancellation process, compliance issues, credit claims, shipping issues for key accountsDevelop Key Account Business Plan with product and marketing to obtain profitable growthAssist product line managers (PLM) in developing a merchandising strategyMaintain existing retailer relationships while planning and opening new businessDevelop efficient and accurate forecasting process for key accountsCoordinate and conduct annual business review process with key accountsInterface with Customer Service to enhance level of service to key accountsDevelop top down sales goals seasonally, quarterly and annuallyAssist in annual budget process to ensure maximum gross profitAssist with development of Marketing Development Funds, account initiatives, events and promotional activitiesInsure flow of required reports, calendars, and requested projectsLead preline process with retailersHelp coordinate for regional trade showsRegular travel to accounts, trade shows, and sales meetingsParticipate in buy meetings and assist in managing inventory levels and ATSManage order file to ensure maximum product fulfillmentQualifications:

Ability to forecast a 3-5 year Business Plan5 Years Sales Management with expertise in leading a successful teamPossess strong retailer relationships with key accountsExtensive Knowledge of the apparel and footwear business and the Action Sports MarketplaceMaintain high profile communication skills and must possess the ability to present clearly and effectivelyMust be able to establish short and long term strategies for the channels that both mirror and lead the Quiksilver brands corporate directionAbility to segment sales force and hire new sales reps when necessaryAbility to challenge and motivate sales team to perform at a high levelAbility to set budgets, manage expenses, and plan for profitabilityBenefits:
