The Account Director position is responsible for maintaining excellent customer service for all company-assigned clients by utilizing in-depth knowledge of company services and programs, Account Management Department team members, and collaboration with required organizational resources.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Participate in client meetings with an account executive where relevantInterface directly with clientsSchedule and attend turnover meetingsExecute or direct the Account Coordinator in arranging onsite services (labor, electrical, drayage, etc.)Maintain up-to-date project information within the company’s internal system (HubSpot, Google Workplace, and Airtable)Manage and request estimates, work orders, design requests, purchase orders, and other reportsManage and monitor jobs for profitability and budgetTravel to show site, as necessary, as client ambassador and for oversight of project executionMaintain accurate records of labor and material chargesClose out all jobs upon completionPrepare jobs for invoicingProvide feedback and counsel to account staff to meet quotas/objectivesConduct performance evaluation using key metricsServe as the point of contact for customers in your portfolioUnderstand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions for existing businessEnsure the timely delivery of services and products to clientsResolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trustManage a team of Account Coordinators and oversee their day-to-day managementProduce proposals and presentations for customers to land new accountsDevelop a comprehensive client plan for the account management teamProactively identify the client’s needs and business opportunitiesLiaise with other members of the business on existing accountsBuild relationships with key personnel within client accounts to nurture trustIdentify organic growth opportunities and position the company appropriatelyMeet with senior management for business planningQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor of Arts or Sciences degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related fieldsA minimum of seven years of trade show, exhibit, and event management experienceRead floor plans and 3D drawingsKnowledge of fabrication and materials common to trade shows and the event industryLOCATION:

Huntington Beach, CATRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
