The Senior Manager, Sales - Specialty Retail is responsible for leading and growing TravisMathew's wholesale business in Specialty Retail. This individual will serve as a strategic leader and build a scalable sales strategy while leading and motivating a high performing team.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead / manage the wholesale Specialty Retail sales organizationDevelop and maintain a clear sales growth vision and strategy that is focused, disciplined, and aligned with company goalsDevelop and implement a business strategy and organizational structure to grow the TravisMathew brand through the Specialty Retail channel including specialty fitness, spa/resort and contemporary boutique retail stores.Develop and maintain channel financials (sales, operating expense, personnel expense, etc.)Identify and direct the organization to pursue high priority sales targets and to address channel and customer needs and opportunitiesObtain and provide market feedback, product planning, competitive insights and other relevant informationSupport / manage Specialty Retail Account Managers and entire Specialty Retail team membersRecruit, train, develop and manage new and existing Account Managers in Specialty RetailPartner with leadership / management team on company strategy and direction, and provide progress reporting as well as reporting on progress and receiving feedbackPrepare and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly selling reports with actionable insightsManage all aspects of assigned account(s)Serve as an account expert and remain up to date on product trends, store trends, regional trends and growth opportunitiesServe as a product / service expert and learn new product lines, fabrications and featuresWork cross functionally with other wholesale channels to optimize sales and deliver best-in-class serviceCreate tradeshow strategy and execution with design, logistics and staffingModerate travel is expected for this positionAttend local and national trade showsTECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

Proficient in Microsoft ApplicationsProficient in Microsoft Business IntelligenceProficient in P&L managementEstablished / proven relationships with Specialty Retail partnersStrong knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures within the sales fieldStrong analytical and strategic planning skillsAbility to drive innovative channel and category development across multiple customersAbility to thrive in a fast paced, growing and less structured company environmentAbility to coach / lead and collaborate at all organizational levelsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree in BusinessMinimum 5 years' experience in sales and management capacityPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT (if applicable)

Work is performed in a designated professional office workstation and environment.Extensive use of office equipment to include computer, calculator, copier, fax, and other business-related machines and software.
