We're hiring a curious, hyper analytical Search Manager to drive ongoing productivity of Paid Search (SEM) and Organic Search (SEO) programs. This individual will be responsible for strategizing the interplay between Search programs to maximize SERP presence. The role will require end-to-end management of Search programs – from ad creation and site map enhancements to long term roadmap development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCross-Channel:

Responsible for omni channel Paid Search (SEM) and Organic Search (SEO) growth and productivity, with focus on New Customer Acquisition and Incremental Revenue.

Develop a cohesive Search (SEM + SEO) strategy to dominate the SERP on core terms.

Continuously monitor landscape and pivot approach to maintain and grow SERP presence.

Develop and be accountable for performance forecasts and budget expenditures.

Analyze and report on omni-level business impact weekly/monthly/quarterly.

Organic Search:

Ensure technical website backbone is optimal and exceeding the competitive landscape via continuous auditing and industry analysis.

Identify, scope and prioritize content opportunities grounded in keyword research and competitive landscape.

Partner closely with Online Merchandising, IT and Creative teams to execute against opportunities.

Create business cases for larger-scale SEO enhancements.

Optimize product feeds to maximize Shopping visibility.

Partner with Brand and PR teams to develop backlinking strategy.

Build and maintain local SEO strategy.

Create and maintain reporting dashboards to monitor technical site stability and performance.

Stay up to date on SEO algorithm changes to understand potential business impact and optimize accordingly.

Paid Search:

Drive continuous Incremental ROAS improvement across Paid Search tactics via program monitoring, optimization and innovation.

Responsible for all aspects of program execution, including account structures, product feed enhancements, ad development, budget/bid management, measurement, etc.

Utilize Marketing Mix Model to understand drivers of incrementality.

Structure ongoing A/B and incrementality tests to validate program approach and inform areas of opportunity.

Create and maintain reporting dashboards to monitor performance daily and react to performance drivers (incl. weekend/holiday monitoring).

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in Search Marketing. Experience in both SEM and SEO required.

Large-scale Paid Search management experience required ($5M+ annual budget management). Agency experience preferred.

Expert in operating Google Ads and Google Console platforms.

Proficient in SEO monitoring tools like SEMRush and Screaming Frog.

Experience with Google Analytics and utm parameter management.

Strong understanding of DTC eCommerce business, KPIs and market trend/insights. Retail experience preferred.

Proven track record in driving continuous performance improvement in SEM and SEO programs.

Proficient in Power BI and Looker Studio (or similar) tools.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with highly developed analytical and numeric reasoning skills.

Ability to conceptualize, develop and implement new processes.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with limited oversight.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to track and retain ongoing performance themes/insights.

Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally. Presentation skills are essential.

This position has the option to be Remote Based in the US.
