Field Sales Representative - Dallas/FT Worth, TX

The Field Sales Representatives will be responsible for the growth of gross sales, revenue, and average selling price of the assigned territory through creating long-term customer relationships and satisfaction. They will engage and own relationships with all customers to cultivate and grow market share through hands-on product and services education and demonstration. This role will be responsible for driving the sales process increasing share of wallet within assigned territory. They will be responsible for building relationships with cross-functional business partners to effectively position Starkey’s value proposition with customers.Starkey is a world leader in the manufacturing and distribution of advanced hearing technologies. Assess and understand Territory needs and develop territory strategy to align with Regional and National strategyIncrease share of wallet in assigned territoryBuild relationships with internal business partners to effectively position Starkey’s value proposition with customers

Sales Process and Pipeline Management

Utilize solution-based selling approach to identify needs and objectives of the customer; opportunity identification.Build robust pipeline to meet or exceed sales targetsUtilize sales tools to effectively manage pipeline and advance the sales process

Customer Relationship Management

Establish customer partnerships through achieving mutually beneficial goals and objectivesExpand base of customers across territory by identifying and onboarding new customersRetain and grow current base of customers across territory

Training

Conduct customer product trainingCompletion of product and sales training to enable successful customer education

Business Planning

Effectively conduct quarterly customer business reviewsConduct monthly territory forecast and planning

Minimum of 2 years of hearing aid industry field experience, or related field. Licensed HIS or AUD Preferred
