As a Senior Sales Account Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Commercial and the broader team to build Senovis into a global Company. You will be responsible for securing new clients within our key CHRO target markets (initially CHROs in the UK and Ireland employing >10,000 employees), understanding their needs, nurturing relationships, demonstrating our Senovis offering, and securing new Senovis clients.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned and sourced target clients (CHROs in target markets employing >10,000 employees initially).Build and nurture strong relationships to understand their HR/business objectives and ensure the Senovis value proposition is understood.Align our value proposition to their needs to secure new clients aligned to KPIs.Conduct thorough needs assessments with CHRO clients to understand their pains, gains, and goals. Propose tailored solutions within the Senovis offering to address their needs effectively.Collaborate with the Head of Commercial to develop account strategies that drive revenue growth and foster future client retention within the target CHRO markets.Prepare proposals and contribute to sales pitches.Attend in-person meetings and sales and marketing events to identify and nurture new business opportunities.Proactively identify and resolve any potential new client concerns or issues, escalating as necessary to ensure prompt resolution.Attend introduction and onboarding meetings as required.Performance Analysis and Reporting:Monitor key performance metrics of accounts, analyse data, and provide insights to improve account health and drive client success. Prepare regular reports and updates on account activities, progress, and revenue generation for the Head of Commercial and the Senior Leadership team.Market Insights:Keep up to date and fully informed about HR/industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to enable effective sales interactions.Qualifications:Ideally Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field or Sales qualification.Professional Experience & Knowledge:Minimum of 10 years’ experience in B2B sales account management, ideally with C-suite level clients.Demonstrated track record of consistently delivering and exceeding Sales KPIs.Ideally experience within the HR, HR/Payroll Technology, Recruitment, or Consulting sectors.Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders specifically at executive and C-suite level.Competent in the use of CRM and related systems to maximise effectiveness and results.Client Focus:
