Discover what we can offer you and be the voice behind cultivating innovative ideas to help our customers reach their full potential.The primary responsibility of our Industry Sales Supervisor (ISS) is to lead an agile industry inside sales team to achieve its growth objectives, while ensuring that expected performance and service standards are met. This is accomplished through close collaboration with the Industry Sales Manager (ISM) and external sales team members to define and implement industry development plans. Additionally, the ISS plays a crucial role in challenging and fostering the professional development of the inside sales team, enabling them to achieve their full potential. The ISS actively engages with our customers, suppliers, and various business units to deliver a world-class customer experience. They accomplish this by solving our customers' challenging applications and enabling them to achieve their goals through our world-class industrial automation products, including all valves and instrumentation, and their associated services.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLESales Growth and Customer Satisfaction

Identify, develop, and implement the optimal model for internal sales coverage and cross-functional training to support the market and industry needs.Lead and support the execution of sales strategies and industry development plans, highlighting the value of our products and solutions, differentiating them from the competition.Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring that their internal sales team meets performance standards.Support the growth of the applied product solutions business unit by improving proposal success rate and focusing on upselling, cross-selling, and closing activities.Work closely with the external industry sales team members to ensure alignment with customer requirements, expand sales opportunities, and identify new business opportunities.Continuously develop their own knowledge, understanding, and technical capabilities for key tools and operational processes used by internal sales.Team Productivity, Efficiency and Development

Contribute to aligning the operational activities of the internal sales team with the product and service growth strategies in coordination with their Industry Sales Manager and business unit stakeholders.Develop relationships with supplier stakeholders and support their team in building these relationships for product support and delivery times.Work closely with business units and operational teams to ensure process and execution alignment.Ensure that all new employees are supported, trained, and guided to successfully complete their integration process.Initiate, monitor, and oversee all sales skills development plans, technical knowledge development, and industry development for each team member.Regularly meet with team members and involve them in quarterly and annual performance evaluations and career planning discussions.Ensure the development, coaching, and adherence of team members to our CRM.Oversee staff to ensure efficiency and quality control.Communicate business performance and priorities to the team to ensure that they are fully informed.Process Improvement and Cross-functional Collaboration

Ensure that their internal sales team follows and stays updated with established workflow processes for transfers to other internal teams.Work closely with the Business Enablement team to foster continuous improvement of internal sales processes.Ensure collaboration with repair and service teams on hybrid projects involving both products and services.Drive the work processes and standards to ensure the highest level of quality and productivity.Ensure that materials and workmanship meet quality standards.ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFULBachelor's of Engineering or Commerce or DEC in Engineering Technologies (or equivalent experience)Knowledge of industrial automation products and servicesBilingualism written and spoken (English and French)Knowledge of heavy industry market in Eastern Canada3-5 years' industrial sales experience in a B2B environment1-2 years' sales management experience, an assetWORK LOCATION:
