Sales Manager

to join our team and manage as well as guide our outside sales department.Sales Manager Duties and ResponsibilitiesOverseeing local sales, promotions and campaigns.Ability to design and implement successful sales strategies and motivate, influence, and impact a team of 7+ B2C outside sales reps.Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives.Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally.Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures.Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.Setting discount rates and determining price schedules.Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Sales Manager Skills and QualificationsAbility to set sales targets and achieve them effectively.Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales.Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives.Planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.Advanced time management skills.You can be successful in this position if you:Are self-motivated.Possess excellent one-on-one presentation skills.Are assertive and results-oriented with a need to succeed.Are highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.Have an outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.Are highly motivated, flexible, and have a great attitude on life.Hold customer service as a top priority.Conduct business based on honesty and integrity.EOE M/F/D/V Job Types: Full-time, Quarterly bonuses Earnings: $120,000.00 - $220,000 + / yearIn-home Sales: 5 years (Required) Sales management: 5 years (Required) B2B: 5 years (Preferred) B2C Sales: 5 years (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:Norwalk, CT 06855: Relocate before starting work (Required)
