We are looking for a Manager to join the team who is dependable, hard-working & has a positive attitude!
This position is full-time (about 50-55 hours per week), & two days off per week

What we would like from you:
Must have at least four years of experience in an upscale full-service restaurant with a leadership role
Previously worked in fine-dining, and knowledge of Italian cuisine & wines is ideal
Someone who wants to take charge & is capable of taking on the responsibilities that come with being a Restaurant Manager
A friendly, personable demeanor with a willingness to interact with colleagues and guests
Commitment to company values and excellent guest service
Knowledge of Point-Of-Sale systems (Aloha a plus), back office reporting systems, overall restaurant operations, and service techniques
Proof of eligibility to work in the US, valid government identification showing that you’re at least 21 years old, and the ability to possess all state-required work cards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
