Scottsdale Steakhouse has an opening for Manager.
We are seeking service minded individuals who are committed to guest satisfaction in a fast paced, high energy, fine dining, and fun environment.
Ideal candidate will be team oriented, have fine dining experience and be responsible for developing a staff committed to guest satisfaction. Candidates must be professional, dependable, enthusiastic and friendly. Must work within the culture of a professional high volume restaurant serving top quality food and beverage.
Summary of Responsibilities:Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.Continually strive to develop your staff in all areas of managerial and professional development.Schedule labor as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring that all positions are staffed when and as needed and labor cost objectives are met.Follow company policies, procedures and service standards.Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:Preferred experience minimum of 3 years in management in a fine dining steakhouse.Excellent communication and organizational skills.
