We are looking for a full-time Bilingual (Japanese) Project Manager with a great attitude, expert communication skills, and the utmost discretion.
You MUST be proficient in Japanese and English .

Who you are:
Experienced in managing a team
Apt at technical work
Eager to learn and problem solve
Experienced with Microsoft Office suite
Interested in facing the challenges in cross-cultural communication
Dedicated to thorough job completion and motivated to solve problems
Willing to travel up to 50% during peak periods, some international
Willing to support holiday work and weekend work as required
Willing to relocate to Lexington, KY
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Work well with internal and international divisions to complete projects accurately
Understand the project viability prior to the start of the project and track progress
Work closely & professionally with clients to determine project scope and cost
Prepare project reports (schedule, budget, safety, and current open issues)
Work with project engineers to review project specs and coordinate with clients
Monitor and coordinate engineer site visits and responses to contractor inquiries
Attend and participate in job site meetings with contractors and consultants which will enhance and further the progress of jobs and projects
Attend weekly project meetings to stay abreast of project activity and maintain global alignment
Provide installation support on-site when needed
Validate project progress against approved schedule of values
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Evaluate, negotiate, and make recommendations on proposed change orders
Oversee/ensure quality control program procedures adhere to the program plans
Delegate tasks based on member’s strengths, skill sets, and experience level to ensure project completion
Perform risk-management analysis to minimize risks
Establish & maintain relationships with vendors, third parties & clients.
Report and escalate any project goal deviations
Coordinate/train/develop subordinates
Assist Management in implementing target goals
Responsible for the strict adherence to safety standards by all members. May serve as a safety trainer.
Responsible for job costing, estimates/quotations, and purchase orders preparation & review.
Set budgets across the division while setting/managing KPI
Ensure that all projects are completed on-time, within scope, and within budget

Monday – Friday (7:30am-4:30pm)

Tuesday night 7pm-8pm for meetings
