Bi-lingual (Japanese) Business Development Specialist

LHH has a client in Lexington, KY looking for a bi-lingual Business Development Executive. This person will be responsible for seeking and finding business opportunities, offer products and services. The is a full time direct hire salaried role that includes medical, dental and vision benefits.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTake a lead on new business development on factory automation, new technology, and carbon neutral related business activities.Working directly with customers to achieve automation and Kaizen activities including introducing new technologies.Determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.Lead in generating or adapting equipment technology to serve user needs along-side vendors or partnersEDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONSA minimum of a four-year degree and more than 1-3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations in English and Japanese. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals in English and Japanese. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public in both Japanese and English.Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision.
