Customer Support Representative (USA Office)

In our daily work, we focus on good communication and team atmosphere, development and training of our employees, as well as in new technologies for which our most modern logistics centers in Europe are famous.Join the Transfer Multisort Elektronik team!The tasks we want to entrust you with:Conducting sales activity of TME products on the US market;Processing customer transactions such as orders, quotes, and claims;Providing the highest level of customer service (including phone calls);Attracting new customers and developing cooperation with existing ones;Maintaining and building long-term relationships with customers;Generating new and repeatable business through customer service initiatives;Providing business information;Analysing needs and requirements of the market;Organising office matters;Participating in fairs, events, and conferences promoting the company;Active searching for clients and visiting customers.What do we expect?Minimum one year of experience in a similar position;Familiarity with different sales techniques;High communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;Strong ability to provide the highest level of customer service;Skill in establishing and building long-term relationships with clients;Customer orientation;Proficiency in using computer and MS Office software;Motivation to achieve the goals;Good organization of work;Driving license.These additional qualifications would be a bonus:Knowledge of the issues related to electronics, electrical engineering, or automation will be an advantage.Are you interested in our company, and you want to join #TMEcrew, but you haven't found anything for yourself among the published offers?Trust us and send your CV.
